From exterior to interior, these returning clients were looking to remodel and revitalize multiple areas of their home.

We began by removing dated exterior trim around 5 windows, making way for bold modern Onyx colored shutters. An eye-catching new coal black front door with pearl glass greets you as you enter, a dazzling coinciding onyx accent wall in the living room creates a bold statement, while also making a harmonizing contrast against fresh stark white built-in cabinetry units.

The hall bath was rejuvenated, with the existing vanity remaining, the old doors were replaced with a modern Sierra style painted in stunning Raven Black. This bath was adorned with brass and matte black light fixtures, matching black hardware and sink faucets to bring it all together. Cascading alabaster grey mosaic tiles gleam on the vanity wall, creating a perfect backdrop for oval shaped mirrors with jet black trim. An inviting walk-in shower has been given the ultimate face lift, descending matte white tiles grace the surrounding walls, gorgeous hexagon mosaics create an element of texture and depth against the brilliant white walls. This shower boasts not only a shower bench to relax on, but a convenient niche has been created so our clients can place their favorite shower essentials to be close at hand. This hall bath is now the perfect harmony of black and white.

Transforming the kitchen and dining room began with removing the current cabinet fronts and hardware, in its place are new luminous white cabinetry, with contrasting onyx knobs and pulls. A brand-new stainless-steel wall oven and microwave create a perfect match to the existing refrigerator and dishwasher. New white paint graces the walls, bringing with it more brightness and light than this kitchen had previously. The adjourning wet bar and cabinets have been given a fresh coat of radiant white paint. The island’s natural wood is now front and center in this kitchen against obsidian countertops. This kitchen now reflects our clients in an elegant and sophisticated taste.

New red oak flooring was installed in the master suite, along with lavish Luxury Vinyl Plank for the laundry room. Sometimes a small change in flooring can bring elevation to a room. Finishing off this remodel we refinished and recoated all hardwood floors on the first floor, giving them a beautiful gleam.
