Reconfiguring a house can get expensive, quickly. To maximize the existing space and keep costs down, the Galley Kitchen was kept in the standing location but completely gutted and customized. Cabinets packed with smart storage solutions like an added pantry complete with shelving and pullouts were painted in Swiss coffee and topped with liberty gold quartz.  The cleaver choice to forgo tile and include a 6-inch backsplash around the perimeter and full backsplash at the cooktop kept the entire space feeling not only bright and open but affordable. For high impact and low cost updates each bathroom was fully renovated in its existing layout, new tile, plumbing fixtures and vanities all were replaced without moving major plumbing lines and keeping within budget.

Mix Luxury with Practical

Every inch of this 5 bedroom, 2100 sq ft family house was remodeled. To make this space not only modern but functional all the drywall, paint, plumbing and electrical were updated.  All new doors and trim throughout the house mixed in with midrange materials like quartz countertops which are not only durable but were half the cost of quartzite and granite. Mimicking real hardwood at a fraction of the price, waterproof, scratchproof, and stunning LVP flooring brings in warmth, texture, and style. This balance keeps costs down while giving you the designer look you want.

Classic white subway tiles and shiny new shower fixtures in each bathroom compliment the furniture style all in one vanities. Without sacrificing style to stay on budget, all in one vanities include the sink, faucet, and countertop resulting in huge savings on materials and fabrication. Cutting costs on not including a shower glass gives the option to add a colorful or textured shower curtain to rain in personality to an all-white freshly remodeled  bathroom. Even though the basic layout hasn't altered, the area feels brand-new when these components line up.
