After finding substantial amounts of dry rot damage in both the Master and Hall Bath, aesthetics aside , was in desperate need of some TLC. Dated walls and dark finishes overshadowed this expansive main bathroom. During our Design-Build process we decided to maintain the original layout but swapped out the dark and dated finishes for fresh, bright alternatives. Handsome storage rich walnut cabinetry centered the Sunnyvale Bathroom Remodel and stands proudly against the charismatic blue walls.  

Natural light pours in from the existing overhead transom window and dark concrete floor tiles lead toward a textured 10-lite glass door drenching the entire space in an abundance light. Taj Mahal Leathered Quartzite countertops complement the creamy porcelain shower wall tiles and provide the perfect palette for the glass blue niche tile to stand out and tie the space all together.

The Hall Bathroom doubled up on the blues while creamy tiles keep it cohesive and engulf the space. The tub bench is as massive as it is convenient and was designed to accommodate this active family who enjoys a good sit and soak.  The dual sink walnut vanity give this space a breath of fresh air.
