What is a Design Contract and how can I benefit from this?

We have found that starting the remodeling process with the design contract will give our clients the piece of mind they need before proceeding with the architectural drawings.

This process also allows the contractor and homeowner to work together as a team, ultimately providing the homeowner with the confidence they are receiving the best design that fits within their budget. Once the design and budget are finalized, we then bring the finished design to the architect and work together with them using the design as the guide.
